The brush fill is wrapped between two rod wires, one on each side.

The brush fill is wrapped between four stem lines, two on each side.
Double helix/double rod (4 wires)
The brush fill is wrapped between four rod wires and has two layers of fill. Each level is perpendicular to each other, with a main line in each quadrant.
